Preheat oven 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lower oven heat to 400 degrees F and grease a 9" baking dish.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, or until softened.
Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and sauté until they begin to soften, an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in pasta, chickpeas, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top has browned.
