This Warming Ginger Lemon Honey Tea is my go-to when feeling under the weather or like my body needs a little boost. I love that it doesn't require a juicer and can be whipped up in a blender in just a few minutes!
Place lemon wedge, ginger, and 1/4 cup water in a high speed blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the additional 1 cup of water in a water boiler or on the stove top.
Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the lemon ginger mixture into a mug. Add honey and pour in boiling water.
Let cool slightly and enjoy right away. Add more honey and/or water as needed.
