1cupraw cashews (not salted)soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
1/2cupwater
14 ozcan of diced green chilis
1-2chipotle pepper in adobo sauce + 1 tsp sauce (depending how much heat you like!)
1Tbspnutritional yeast
1tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspturmeric
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary (add more adobe sauce for extra heat).
