  • 1 baguette , sliced
  • 1 cup crackers or breaadsticks
  • 1 semihard salty cheese (ex: Gruyere, Comte, etc), cut into 8 large spears 1/4 inch thick
  • 4 large slices of your favorite cheddar cheese
  • 1 soft cheese (ex. goat, brie, cream cheese, etc)
  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives
  • 2 types of jams (I used raspberry and peach), 2 Tablespoons each
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs

  • 1/4 cup seasonal fruit
  • Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt
  • Microgreens , herbs, or edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pick out your two prettiest cheese boards, platters, or cutting boards.
  2. Divide the bread and cheeses between the platters.
  3. Place jams, olives, and granola into little bowls or shot glasses and arrange on boards.
  4. Nestle the eggs and fruit anywhere on the platter that looks pretty and appetizing.
  5. Finish with sprinkling edible flowers, microgreens, or herbs into any open areas on the board.
  6. Serve right away with butter knives and napkins.
