In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, dill, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, and 3 to 4 Tbsp water until a loose sauce forms.
In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 tsp garlic powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and 3/4 tsp salt. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add in the chickpeas and spices. Saute, stirring often, until chickpeas are warm and coated evenly with the spices (about 5 minutes).
