This simple two-ingredient Cranberry Orange Champagne Mimosa (plus garnish) cocktail is perfect for holiday parties or Christmas morning. Dress it up with an orange slice and candied rosemary or keep it simple with just the juice and champagne.

  • 3 cups cranberry orange juice (I use this natural brand)
  • 3 cups champagne
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 rosemary sprigs
  • 6 orange slices , for garnish


  1. Pour 1/2 cup each of cranberry orange juice and champagne into six glasses.
  2. Place sugar in a shallow dish. Wet the rosemary sprigs. and then roll in sugar. Add rosemary sprigs and a slice of orange to cocktail right before serving.
