Roasted Curry Sesame Almonds

  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon curry spice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together the salt, sesame seeds, curry spice, ginger, soy sauce, and peanut oil in a medium bowl. Fold the almonds into the spice mixture until completely coated.
  2. Spread the almonds into a single layer on the prepared sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5, until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
